This 10’x18’ Greenhouse features five heavy duty king post trusses supported with 14 curved knee braces. The frame is fabricated from local Nova Scotia Hemlock, built entirely by hand using traditional timber framing methods. The sides contain large tempered glass panels with temperature sensitive - automatically opening windows. Above the rear entrance sits an industrial grade ventilation fan for cooling. The roof is constructed of twin-wall polycarbonate for added insulation and strength. The front and rear doors are also hand crafted and feature gothic arches, heavy duty hinges, and custom made steel handles with double latching mechanisms. You will find few greenhouses built with this level of craftsmanship.
